No goods will be accepted, or credit given, for returns that have 

not been approved by elecdirect.com.au

 

A goods returns advice number must be acquired from our internal

sales department and must accompany the goods.

 

All returns must be with 14 days of invoice date

 

A 20% restocking fee may apply

 

All returns are at the expense of the returnee

 

No freight collect allowed
